Auctions Work, especially for charity!

Auctioneers have always been a generous group, giving of themselves and their services to the community. We also work hard to help organizations raise money for good causes, often with tremendous results! Recently, and the famed Barret-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale, AZ, the auctioneers sold a rare 1950 Futurliner to raise funds for The Armed Forces Foundation. Not only did the sale bring an incredible $4.1 Million, the sale generated so much excitement and energy that tens of thousand of additional dollars were raised by other bidders and fans! WOW... But they're not the only ones who make things happen. Here at Schur Success Auction & Appraisal, we have been supporting non-profits for years. We have a division of our company that provides auction and fundraising consulting services to non-profit organizations (learn more HERE, or click WATCH to see our video).  We also raise money directly to charities through our sales and with the help of our awesome customers. In 2011, we thought it would be a good idea to donate a little to charity with every auction, making it easy for us to make a difference. Our first charity was the Wounded Warrior Project.  When we told our bidders what we were doing, they jumped right in and helped out with generous donations.

Since then, we have supported veterans, the Red Cross, the American Cancer Society, Homes for Our Troops, and several other worthy recipients. To date, we have raised more than $35,000 for these wonderful organization. Though we make donations from every auction we do, most of the funds are raised through our Storage Auctions Kings self storage auctions.

For the first quarter of 2015, our recipient is St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and we're proud to be a supporter. Our goal is to raise at least $2,000 before the quarter ends.  Please help us, help others!
