Shannon is the President & CEO of Schur Success Auction Services, and Ray Fenter & Associates, Inc., an auction business founded by her father in Arvada, Colorado. She and Rich are the first Auctioneers in Colorado to earn the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) designation.
Shannon is an active member of the Colorado Auctioneers Association, and served as President in 2002. In January 2004, Shannon became the first female finalist in the history of the State Bid Calling Championship Contest.
As a member of the NAA, Shannon served on the Technology Committee from 2001-2003 and has served on the Public Relations Committee. Shannon was recently invited to join the staff of the Worldwide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa.

Rich Schur is a graduate of the Worldwide College of Auctioneering, and is a certified bi-lingual auctioneer (Spanish). He and Shannon are the first two auctioneers in Colorado certified as Benefit Auctioneer Specialists (BAS). Rich has a passion for Charity Auctions, and enjoys getting people to "give a little more".
Rich also is the President of Magnum HR a training and human resources consulting company. Rich has been a human resources professional, trainer and educator for more than 20 years, and felt that Auctioneering was a great extension of his love of public presentations.

Dax is a graduate of the Worldwide College of Auctioneering and attended classes with Rich. Dax has a golden voice that you've probaly heard on the radio or on television ads. A talented musician and a former broadcaster, Dax is an all-around entertainer and lots of fun to watch and hear at our sales. Dax was also a top-five finalist in the 2007 Colorado State Auctioneer Championship! In January of 2009, Dax was relected for a second term to the Board of the Colorado Auctioneer Association. You'll find Dax a great asset for fundraising and charity events, as well as a tremendous appraiser.

Larry Deaton is a graduate of the Continental School of Auctioneering in Mankato, MN, and has been selling real estate through both traditional and auction methods for more than 6 years. Larry has sold real estate throughout the country, and is currently licensed in both Colorado and Arkansas.
Larry is the owner and CEO of the L.T. Deaton Auction Group, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
As a real estate broker, Larry takes the lead on all of our real estate auctions.

A former Marine, Ray Fenter took his wealth of automobile sales experience, and became an auctioneer in 1985 after attending the Northwest Institute of Auctioneering in Port Orchard, WA. Ray founded auction businesses in the Denver Metro area, and subsequently in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. His auction businesses offer wide variety of auction services, including planning, appraisal, advertising, and evaluation, making Ray an expert in all aspects of auctions. He introduced his daughter, Shannon Robbins, to the auction business and today she is President of the family business.
Drawing upon years of experience in the business world, Ray now devotes much of his time toward helping non-profit organizations fundraise with benefit auctions. He has helped charities of all sizes raise millions of dollars. Some of his past clients have included the National Rifle Association, Christian womens groups, and Denvers "Taste of the Nation." Ray brings his unique brand of enthusiasm to auctions leadership, helping him build an immediate rapport with his audiences.

Michelle Mras
Benefit Auction Coordinator
Michelle joined us in the Fall of 2007 to help coordinate our service to non-profits and other organizations that take advantage of Auctions to help raise funds. Michelle has always been active in volunteer roles, and is responsible for marketing our services and consulting with clients to take full advantage of the Auction method of fundraising.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management, and a Master of Science degree in Quality Systems Management. Michelle has also earned the Six Sigma Green Belt rating.
